My super talented friend yellowmushmellow made me into a sugar rush racer! My character is called Wasabi Baby because I love all things Wasabi. I want my hair to be green in real life as well.

Went to Star Vista after school. That place is really cool and it's already in it's festive spirit! The place had no air-conditioning at the common areas of the mall as an effort to conserve energy I think.

There's a cool japanese food super market which is packed full with imported Japanese sweets.

Bought my favourite sweets, Cuby Rob!

Also bought this bottle of Milk tea because I love Donald Duck and the packaging is so cute.

Had lunch at Boston Seafood Shack!

The place was so nicely decorated! But they play the oddest selection of music ever. It was Adele for a moment and then it was Wonder Girls and then it was Bruno Mars. They should be playing all kinds of beach summer anthems to create that whole beach paradise atmosphere.

There's a discount for students but my friend and I shared the seafood platter instead since it comes with a free milkshake.

The seafood was really nice.

But my chocolate banana milkshake tasted like cough syrup.

Some silly shots of myself....

There's this really cool toy shop for rich kids just next to it.

The monkeys move. And there was another bear on the window display and it moves as well. It's 'asleep' so it was 'breathing'. It'll be really freaky at night.

Some realistic soft toys.

These were my favourite items.

They are useless paperweights but they were so cute! They were vegetables/fruits animals! It reminded me of the most ridiculous Pokemon ever, Ludicolo which is a cross between a pineapple and a duck.

A Brocolli Llama.

A brinjal and spinach peacock.

A kiwi koala.

A pineapple hedgehog + a banana octopus at the back.

Carrot Rabbits.

And a mushroom lion.

How cute! They were all so silly and it's kinda creative.

A pushcart was selling painting kits.

The canvases are number coded so you just need to fill them up with the right colour and you'll get paintings that look really great!

How cool is it? Ok that's all for today.

I'm actually a big fan of AKB48 and they've been having live streams of their concert since Wednesday. The first day is a Unit Festival for all their sub groups and their soloists as they are not eligible for voting. The next 4 days is a countdown of their best 48 family songs according to the fans' votes.

I haven't been able to watch the past 3 days since I was having classes and orchestra practice but I caught up on it today and I had so much fun! Plus the stream is really good! It didn't lag once at all for me. Especially exciting today was the first broadcasted performance of NMB48's Top Two, Sayanee and Miyuki's solo songs, Jungle Gym and Warukii respectively and the début performance of the new documentary's theme song After Rain and Team B's new song, Soko de Inu no Unchi Funjau ka ne? which literally means 'you stepped no dog poo over there right?'

Tomorrow is the last day, with the top 25 songs so please watch it if you can to get a feel of the best AKB48 has to offer! I predict a strong presence of NMB48 singles. Sasshi's Itoshiki Natasha and her duet with Mayuyu, Avocado Janeeshii... should also rank pretty high. None of Tomochin's units have ranked yet so I'm expecting at least two of them to rank tomorrow.

Well, check it out! I linked it at the top of this post.

Justin Timberlake's new song Suit & Tie!

I like the song it is sweet and groovy with some elements of Jazz and old school R n B. Jay - Z's verse is neither spectacular not outstanding but he did well in enhancing the old school mood of the song. The best thing about this is that it has no electronic dance beats and no dubstep breakdown. I personally feel like the electro and dubstep genre has been severely overdone and butchered in both Western and Asian music and I'm really glad that Justin Timberlake is championing a shift towards more feel good music in his comeback single. I'm just really glad that he didn't sell out and try to squeeze himself into what's popular right now like a certain fellow ex-Mickey Mouseketeer which I shall not name.

Also, I think it's really interesting that he actually filmed footage for this lyric video. It's very chic and he is showing his classy side and I think it's really cool!
My mum unearthed my old lego train set.

It is now my nephew's new favourite toy.

 He loves cars and trains.

And my brother just came back from Taiwan.

Bought back lots of new year goodies.

I'm so jealous I can never go anywhere because of school.

Sorry for my ridiculously grainy photos. I don't know what to do.

Today I went to the Duxton area to a Japanese cafe called Flor for tea after school. My friends went crazy and dressed up like Girls' Generation in I Got A Boy.

That's the strawberry cake and the mango pie. The strawberry cake is your normal strawberry cake lol. The mango pie was strange in the sense that it had a cream puff exterior but the texture inside is like a cake? I thought it was ok. Nothing too spectacular but I love all things mango.

This is the Earl Gray Choco and it was delicious! I love things with Tea flavour and I love how it has a banana inside. Cute.

Went to Littered with Books and it was so nice inside! It had lots of books, some pretty rare, but the best part is how well decorated it is. It's the kind of place that would really get you into the mood for reading.

They hold book reading sessions in this quaint little bookshop as well! Unfortunately I am too old for these kind of stuff.

The staff wrote their own recommendations on little notes. Some of it were nicely decorated unlike this.

Found a book I want to read. Rich Boy by Gerald F. Fitzgerald. I need to find the time to do more reading. And by reading I mean leisure reading.

Found a nice quaint looking little part of Singapore that's full of cafes and offices.

My friends and I had an impromptu photo shoot. Here's a preview.

What am I doing with my life.....

Today was also my uncle's birthday celebration! We went to this seafood restaurant at Toa Payoh.

Feel free to laugh at my attempt to take straight photos.

And this was our VIP room.

We can karaoke as we enjoy our dinner! My mum's vocals were murderous and I guess I inherited her genes. We slayed.

These are some of the stuff we ate.

I really like the pork! Well it is because I'm really not much of a seafood eater.

I really like how they decorated the plate with some mini painting.

Anyway, it is so difficult to take good shots of children! They just keep running around and they can't stop moving.

This is the best shot I managed to take of my nephew.

He went crazy with the drums outside and some people were amused by him but I would be really annoyed if people don't control their children.

But then again, Chinese restaurants are always so noisy so I guess it wasn't so bad?

Here's the cake cutting ceremony,

Yes, neither of them are my uncle. But well my nephew just can't resist any cake cutting opportunity.
