Forgot to post this up but on Wednesday I went to Holland Village for Hatched! It was raining so heavily later that I went to sleep and forgot all about it.

I'm trying to diet so I got a salad but it was so savoury I'm not sure if it worked.

It had a poached egg and some bacon. The sauce is really creamy and delicious.

My friend had their most popular dish the Eggs Benedict and she loved it.
